We accept all major credit and debit cards. For Enterprise plans, we can also arrange invoiced payments. All payments are processed securely.
Yes. You can switch at any time. Annual billing saves you up to 17% compared to monthly pricing. If you move from monthly to annual, the remaining balance on your current month will be credited towards your annual subscription.
You keep access to your current tier until the end of the billing period. After that, your account reverts to the lower tier. Your data and analyses are preserved and accessible if you upgrade again.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and stored securely on our infrastructure. We comply with UK GDPR and you can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
